• Primarily a commercial role, some residential work, supporting a senior fee-earner.
• Administrative tasks: opening files; generating supporting documentation, carrying out id checks.
• Liaising/working cooperatively with clients, agents, government departments, lenders, law firms & colleagues.
• Diary management.
• Carry out efficiently & effectively all necessary administration in accordance with practices and procedures of the firm.
• Be Client focused, delivering excellent standards of service.
• Have the necessary qualifications, experience &/or skills required.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
