Calon Cafe & Bistro are looking for an excellent home cook with a passion for tasty food, good with flavours to join our very small team in a newly opening Cafe/Bistro.
- It is based in Brighstone so driver is a must due to location.
- You must have at least 2 years kitchen experience & Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate.
- Punctuality & attention to detail.
- Work well under pressure & proactive.
- Good personal Hygiene & Clean appearance.
Highly knowledgeable around proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as required; and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all food items.
With opening hours between 8am -3pm that offer a good work/home life balance, Hours will alter in the winter months. The opportunity for a couple of extra evenings could be available.
Start date will be the begining of July.
Pension & holiday pay given.
Pay will vary between £13-16 per hour depending on experience.
