SalaryDue to increased client workloads,we are seeking experienced Field Marketing Field Operators to join our team across key geographical regions. As a Field Operator, you will play a vital role in representing our clients and ensuring their products are effectively showcased in stores. This is a flexible role where you can accept or decline work opportunities based on your availability.
Responsibilities:
Walking into stores and interacting with staff to negotiate and secure optimal locations for Point of Sale (POS) materials.
Ensuring proper siting and merchandising of various POS items, such as Free Standing Display Units, Counter Top Units, Shelf Trays, Shelf Stripping, Stickers, Aisle Fins, and Posters.
Confirming the appropriate size of the store at the time of booking to optimise the placement and visibility of products.
Identifying and resolving any issues encountered in-store, while effectively seeking information to support our clients.
Maintaining excellent communication with the team, reporting progress, and providing feedback on the status of completed activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in field marketing or a related role is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with store staff and secure optimal POS locations.
Ability to comfortably walk in stores and conduct physical tasks associated with merchandising.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate placement and presentation of POS materials.
