Our client are a prestigious Jewellery manufacturer based in the heart of Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter, renowned for their exquisite craftsmanship and dedication to delivering exceptional quality in fine jewellery.

We are currently seeking to recruit from a background in fine jewellery or studied at The Jewellery School to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Jewellery Production Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production process and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our jewellery pieces. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with Customers, Manufacturers, and Designers to facilitate timely sales completion and delivery.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and Managers.
  • Managing web orders and Live Chat interactions with customers.
  • Providing Quality Assurance on jewellery pieces before advancing them to the next stage of production.
  • Working closely with our team in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter headquarters.
  • Processing orders on the CRM
  • Tracking orders using Excel
  • Working in a tidy fashion.

Key Requirements:

  • Background in fine jewellery or Graduation from Jewellery school, with a deep understanding of gemstones and precious metals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional weekend hours and flexibility to work from home.
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training, with initial training lasting 5 to 10 days, followed by ongoing development opportunities.
  • Located in Birmingham UK
