Experienced Lettings Negotiator - Palmers Green

Salary £18,000 - £23,000 OTE £30,000 - £35,000

Driver with own Car required.

5 days a week including Saturdays.

2 years minimum experience

Our client is looking for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to work within their Palmers Green branch. Providing their clients with a positive experience and always going the extra mile gives them a proven track record for success. If you have a passion for lettings and you are driven by delivering an exceptional service, then this may be the perfect position for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly and professional service.
• Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings and valuations.
• Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
• Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants.
• Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all letting’s requirements.

What we would love from you:

• Proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets.
• The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.
• A full and clean UK driving licence.
