This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an Senior Inventory Clerk with a leading multi-award winning Property Inventory company.
Our company serves landlords and letting agents across London & Essex providing detailed condition reports when tenants move in/out of rental homes.
The role suits someone who likes a varied role which involves desk/computer work as well as being outside of the office.
Duties include:
- Visiting residential properties to inspect and prepare detailed reports of the condition and contents using our specialist software
- Taking photographs of the property, utility meters and possessions
- Collecting and returning keys to/from landlord/agents/tenants
- Training will be provided
Requirements:
- You must have at least 2 years of experience as a Property Inventory Clerk
- You must be willing travel across London, Essex and surrounding areas by public transport and/or your own vehicle (we pay for travel costs)
- Ability to work within flexible hours and attend appointments at short notice
- Be highly proficient with smartphones and apps (particularly with camera apps)
- You must be super reliable and punctual
- Have an eye for detail
- Able to arrange your own diary and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in an systematic order
- You will be required to work Monday to Saturday
- Having access to your own car would be useful (not essential)

Salary: £11.50-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
