Experienced Property Paralegal

AJ Chambers is working with a boutique high street firm in North London and they are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to the firm's Residential department working alongside a Senior Solicitor.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3+ years experience working in Residential Property, in a busy department. This firm will also look at NQ's Solicitors with experience in Residential Property.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Assisting and supporting a Senior fee earner with Residential Property matters
• Assisting on a caseload of Land Registry, SDLTs, AP1s, Landlord and Tenant matters
• Maintain professional relationships with longstanding clients
• Managing the file throughout the transaction and undertaking registration duties
• Working on general administrative tasks

Candidate requirements:

• Easily commutable to Walthamstow
• Experience working in Conveyancing or have knowledge of the Conveyancing process
• Qualifications GCSE level or higher
