Experienced Sales Negotiator - £25,000 - £30,000 OTE
Headingley
Monday - Friday + alternate Saturdays 9:30am - 1pm
My client an Estate Agent based in North Leeds is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their ever-expanding business.
Sales Negotiator duties:
* Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments.
* Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
* Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
* Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Possessing the drive and ability to close a deal.
* The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients.
* Able to achieve sales targets.
* Experience in property is essential
