This conglomerate of retailers is going through a growth phase. They're looking to decentralise the function, to help other teams in the business be able to self-serve in experimentation.
THE ROLE
This role is for someone looking to develop and grow their personal skillset in a fast paced environment surrounded by like-minded individuals.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Google Analytics 4 for analysis
- AB testing/CRO experience on campaigns - ideally in Optimizely
- Server-side testing experience a bonus but not essential
- Digital Marketing background - exposure to SEO/PPC, campaign testing
