Export Administrator

Export Administrator Permanent - Halesowen

L & C Consulting are recruiting for a well-established & secure manufacturing company in Halesowen for a new Export Administrator / Export Sales Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will ideally have worked in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate a stable, consistent work history.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Process & manage export quotes & orders
• Handle associated queries
• Compliance of import & export regulations
• Prepare export docs, invoicing and other paperwork
• Shipping and logistics
• Customs paperwork
• Working closely with other internal departments

To be considered for this role, you ll ideally have worked in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment and therefore come with a strong understanding of export and import regulations, customs and international trade.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail as well as a high level of verbal and written communication skills. You ll also be a strong team player and IT proficiency.

Candidates must be good communicators, flexible with an excellent work ethic, and be prepared to work hard in a fast paced environment.

You ll be well organised, punctual, reliable, and hard working.

Role comes with a good salary & package, including an early finish on Fridays.

The Halesowen site is fully accessible from around the West Midlands including Cannock, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Walsall, Lichfield, Dudley, Sandwell, Darlaston, Wednesday etc
