Export Administrator
Liverpool
£25,000 to £26,500 basic salary
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm

An international logistics company in Liverpool are currently seeking an Export Administrator to join their expanding team. The purpose of the role is to process all export associated documentation and support clients with their requirements. On offer is a basic salary of £25,000 to £26,500 working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
The main duties of an Export Administrator are:
  • Deal directly with customers via phone and email
  • Ensure that business processes are followed
  • Entering shipment information onto the systems
  • Track shipments and communicate any deviations to the customers
  • Ensure custom tracking is up to date
  • Handling all export documentation and creating bills of lading
  • Collection of bills of lading from local carriers
  • Communicate with carriers and sending of instructions
  • Creating county specific documentation
  • Invoicing
