A newly created role at a super exciting, fast-moving OTC Branded business as they continue to grow both by brand acquisition and increasing market share across their product categories.
Joining a small team to become an important part of the Operations and Supply Chain function, your role will focus on processing sizeable orders for Export Customers which are transported several times a year to global destinations. Close liaison with freight forwarders and warehouse teams, organising freight insurance, booking containers, organising import approvals, uploading export documentation and obtaining all necessary documentation such as Bills of Lading. Due to the type of finished goods being transported experience of working with Personal Care/OTC Pharma products is highly beneficial but similar sectors will be considered such as ambient Food will be considered.
Due to the complexity of the export process some previous knowledge is essential along with strong attention to detail and experience of working with an ERP system (Syspro is in use which is similar to SAP). Microsoft office skills and strong administration are both prerequisite.
Working 2 days at home and 3 days in the office per week.
