Our client is looking for a new team member with experience of Exports.

Job Overview:
As an Export Processing Specialist, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring customers receive top-notch service. Your role will be pivotal in processing exports, tracking shipments, and maintaining seamless communication with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a first-class customer experience by managing all exports.
• Handle all types of customs entries with expertise and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
• Provide proactive updates on shipments to ensure customers are always informed.
• Address any shipment delays promptly and professionally.

• Experience: Previous experience in exports/air freight operations within a freight forwarding company is essential.
• Knowledge: A solid understanding of transport and global logistics is crucial.
• Communication: Outstanding communication and customer service skills are a must.
