Key Responsibilities:
- Creating Export Files
- Requesting bookings from Airlines
- Updating customers on the progress of their consignments
- Handling export documentation; CMR/ AWB/ Customs declaration
- Effective liaison with agents overseas
- Providing quotations to clients
- Managing loading schedules
- Accurate billing of files
- Arranging collections
