This is the UK Office of a global organisation and they trade in forest products. It's a busy office and the company like to develop their individuals and promote within.

In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and processing export documentation - this involves following strict guidelines and with 100% accuracy so attention to detail is essential.

You will also be liaising with vendors who need a strong organisational hand at times, candidates must be able to prioritise workloads and be highly organised.

Candidates must have experience within export documentation.

Duties involve:

Ø Managing export documentation tracking systems and ensuring these are kept up to date at all times

Ø Submitting export and customs data to the relevant parties

Ø Submitting inspection reports to inspection agencies

Ø Checking draft documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements

Ø Creating documentation presentations

Ø Liaising with overseas agents regarding export schedules and documentation status

Ø Invoicing exports via IFP order management systems

Ø Performing final checks for compliance on documents produced by the larger documentation team

You will also be order processing and checking letter of credit applications and customer contracts. This will involve entering credit data in to the management system, ensuring sales documentation is accurate and you will liaise with the export desk.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years administration experience and who has dealt with export documentation. Ideally you will have worked in a role where you have prepared contract and/or credit agreements for customers but at the very least, you will need to demonstrate experience working with attention to detail.
