SalaryJoin a dynamic team as a temporary staff member supporting our Top 20 client's central London Audit team on a 3-to-6-month assignment. They offer a hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 from home.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a portfolio primarily focused on financial services clients (Banking/Capital markets).
- Oversee audit and accounts processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and regulatory compliance.
- Complete assignments and submit them for Manager review.
- Finalise assignments after thorough review by both Manager and Partner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- ACA or ACCA, fully qualified or qualified with practice experience.
- 3+ years of auditing experience.
- Competent planning and completion skills.
- Proficient in Sage, Excel, Word, and ideally CaseWare (accounts and audit) and tax software.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge, including recent developments in accounting standards.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Organized with the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.
- Client-focused and commercially aware.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
