SalaryOur client is seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join their team.
As an Extrusion Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment to produce high–quality products. This is a hands–on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
Duties:
– Set up and operate extrusion machines according to specifications
– Monitor the extrusion process to ensure product quality and consistency
– Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements
– Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
– Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
– Previous experience operating extrusion machines is preferred
– Strong mechanical aptitude and problem–solving skills
– Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD software is a plus
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
– Knowledge of logic controllers and basic electrical systems is beneficial
– Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
