You will have the ability to work in different hospital locations as required. The role is based across two hospital locations, University Hospital Ayr and University Crosshouse Hospital.
Candidates should have experience of working in health, social care or support services as well as delivering information and advice in these settings, delivering person centred support and the ability to communicate positively with other professionals. Admin is a key part of the role, using an assortment of platforms such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and a variety of databases.
As an RNIB ECLO, you will also complete the RNIB & City University 'Eye Clinic Support Studies' qualification: essential for the role, access to Clinical Supervision, peer support and the opportunity to support RNIB's priority of "no diagnosis without support".
