Pay: 86- 92 per day
Type: Flexible, Day-to-Day Work
About the Role: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and learning of young children. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and preparation
Providing individual and group support to children
Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Helping with the assessment and monitoring of children's progress
Encouraging positive social interactions and emotional development
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young children is essential
Teaching assistant Level 2-3 is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
