We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic vibrant team at a Nursery in Huntingdon. As an essential member of our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) unit, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our little learners.

***Previous experience working within a nursery setting is desirable
Tradewind is currently working with a lovely small Nursery, currently looking for a brilliant EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis. At this Nursery the top priority is creating enjoyable experiences for the children, aiming for them to eagerly share their daily adventures with parents. Emphasis is placed on promoting good manners and positive behaviour, fostering a respectful environment where children can serve as role models for one another. The nursery boasts a team of professional and friendly staff, carefully selected for their genuine affection for children. The overarching goal is to nurture resilient, confident, and amicable children, recognising the significance of parent partnership and working diligently to establish strong, trusting relationships with parents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support in implementing the EYFS curriculum, ensuring engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, providing individualised support to enhance their learning and development.
- Encourage creativity and exploration through a variety of hands-on activities, promoting a love for learning.
- Collaborate with the team to create a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with parents, sharing insights into children's progress and milestones.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.
- Previous experience working within an early years environment is desirable.
