Job Title: Fabric Engineer - St Austell Area

Location: St Austell and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to 31,000 per annum + Overtime & Call Out on top

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

My client is seeking a proactive and experienced Fabric Engineer to join their team, covering various commercial sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting planned and reactive maintenance tasks on fabric systems within commercial properties.
• Troubleshooting and resolving fabric-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Performing routine inspections to ensure the optimal functioning of building fabric components.
• Undertaking minor repairs and adjustments as required.
• Collaborating with fellow engineers to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role, preferably within a commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of building fabric systems and associated maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in Fabric Engineering or related field (desirable).
