Fabric Engineer

Role:

• Conducting planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks on building fabric and infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality.
• Performing repairs and renovations to building structures, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting as required.
• Collaborating with team members to prioritise maintenance tasks and deliver efficient solutions.
• Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively to maintain facility integrity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or in a similar facilities maintenance role.
• Strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet maintenance objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
