Job Title: Mobile Fabric Engineer
Location: York/Harrogate
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Call Out: 1 in 5, £120 per week
Travel: Company van provided, fuel card included
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Joinery apprenticeship or relevant experience
- Full Driving Licence
Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on office buildings
- Address building fabric issues and conduct fault finding and problem-solving tasks
