SalaryFabric Engineer required for our client, a leading company within the Facilities Maintenance industry who operate across London and the South East from their offices in Kent. Our client has been operating for over 20 years and has built up a large client base made up of local government buildings, schools, colleges, offices, pubs, restaurants, leisure facilities, care homes, and hospitals.
Due to expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer to carry out general maintenance across London including basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical works in commercial properties. The role will involve a large amount of travel around the M25 corridor and will include jobs such as lighting tests, door hanging, basic plumbing and heating maintenance, and a range of other general maintenance tasks.
The ideal Fabric Engineer will be based within the M25 corridor and will be happy to commute around London for jobs.
Fabric Engineer Position Requirements
- Competent in completing plumbing, carpentry, and electrical works to a good level
- Full UK driving licence
- Located within the M25 corridor
- Plumbing/Electrical/Mechanical qualifications desirable
Fabric Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary up to GBP37,000, depending on experience
- Travel allowance included in the salary
- 33 day's holiday (25 + bank holiday's)
- Company vehicle, phone, and expenses paid
- Company pension
