SalaryFabric Maintenance Operative required in Bournemouth area.
The Maintenance Operative role will work on a sites looking after commercial building maintenance.
The role will include general maintenance of the facility and candidates with plumbing and basic electrical knowledge are preferable.
This is a great opportunity for a Fabric Engineer to join a market leading Facilities Maintenance company
Duties to include;
- To undertake minor fabric reactive works issued through the help desk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
- To actively undertake proactive maintenance works.
- Low level PPM tasks as required.
- Actively ensure that site housekeeping is kept to an acceptable standard particularly in plant rooms
