Salary We're currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to work at a medical centre in Chelsea, on a 2 year contract, paying between 160 - 180 day rate.
The project is worth 25millon and has an expected ME value of 5millon.
Duties included:
Ensure tasks are completed within expected time frame.Responsible for the repair of ceiling tiles, floor/wall coverings, replacement doors and other building requirements.Upkeep the painting and decorating tasks to main the quality of the building.Tender to the lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU's / FCU's and Basic Plumbing requirements.Undertake minor projects works.Use PDA to complete works, key communications & updates.Ensure all works are carried out safely in align with H&S.Following instructions carefully by the Lead Engineer. The client is looking to start a candidate in the beginning of January, so please respond to this advert as soon as possible.
