Your new role
As Fabrication Supervisor, you will be required to be onsite each day to supervise evening shift operations of the fabrication facilities to include, co-ordinate plant/equipment deliveries, give direction to the fabrication team and ensure all work is carried out in a timely manner and in line with our HSE&QA procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience as a fabricator, and at least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, ideally on a backshift looking after a minimum of 10 employees. You should have a proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making with strong computer skills, including the ability to operate Microsoft Office & Excel. You should have experience of carrying out weld inspections.
