Job Summary:
- You will be carrying out reactive maintenance work within Fabrics engineer role.
- Painting, minor decorating, patch work, minor repairs, basic joinery & carpentry, light replacements and changes, furniture re-arrangements, any other general building service maintenance.
- Engaging with the client and ensuring the work is done up to company standard.
- Assist with additional task outside the general fabric core and ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed.
- Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements.
- Responsible for other building and installation works as required.
- Working with two other multi skilled engineers on site.
