Facade Site Manager

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Façade Site Manager for a new commercial project in Leeds. The ideal candidate must have expereince in the roofing and cladding sectors.

Role:
•    Reporting to Project Manager
•    Supervise daily site activity
•    Ensuring all works are of a high standard
•    Toolbox talks and inductions
•    Review and update construction phase plan
•    Maintain weekly site progress Diary
•    Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety

Requirements:
•    At least 5 year’s experience in the roofing and cladding sectors with full control of site management
•    Must be able to read and interpret drawing specifications
•    Knowledge in roofing construction methods and practices, including safety codes and requirements
•    Effective communication, supervision, and managerial skills
•    SMSTS
•    CSCS
•    First Aid
