Facades Manager

Due to a brand new contract award of a high end build to rent apartment development in excess of £100m, there is a brand new opportunity for an experienced Facades Manager to join the project delivery team. You will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional, and supportive construction professionals who will provide you with the environment in which you can thrive and progress your career.

The company are a multi-disciplinary principal contractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality innovative major projects across build to rent, student accommodation, commercial, retail & leisure.

They have an enviable forward order book which is testament to the relationships and reputation they have built which also can provide a level of job security and opportunity to progress within the business.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• The successful candidate must demonstrate a background working as a Facades Manager within a tier 1 contractor environment on high end high rise apartments.
• Relevant professional qualifications & industry tickets and certificates.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate site teams to work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
• Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
• Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

Salary & Package on offer:

• Salary between £55,000 - £65,000 + package
