Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 (based on experience)

Role Responsibilities:

As a Facilities and Laboratory Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining a safe and collaborative working environment at the Trafford Park facility.
  • Providing administrative and operational support including coordinating work orders, permits, and inventory management.
  • Coordinating and supporting lab administration activities such as inventories and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Managing site correspondences, facility access, and proposing/implementing improvements for both laboratory and office spaces.
  • Acting as the local EHS point of contact, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and participating in safety and environmental compliance programs.

Role Requirements:

The successful Facilities and Laboratory Management Coordinator will have

  • Previous experience in Laboratory Management
  • Ability to review, understand and implement EHS policies and requirements with the support of the EHS manager
  • Clear and proactive communication skills (verbal e.g., phone calls and written, e.g., emails)
  • The ability to manage multiple external stakeholders such as contractors and bring site-related projects to successful completion.
