The Role
As a Facilities and Projects Manager, you'll have a key role in shaping the college's direction and enhancing its infrastructure, allowing us to deliver the education, with the facilities, that our students deserve.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Cultivating a culture of excellence in facilities management.
- Overseeing the maintenance and improvement of college Facilities and landscapes.
- Collaborating with internal staff and external partners to ensure quality service and value.
- Develop and deliver project management plans, from new builds to renovations, retrofits to refurbishments with a focus on deadlines and sustainability
- Integrating sustainability and decarbonisation into all projects
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you'll need to align with our values of integrity, ambition, and inclusivity. Key qualifications and skills include:
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- IWFM Membership
- Health and Safety Qualification
- Project Management Qualification
- Experience using Autocad or similar software
