We are looking for a Facilities Asset Manager to look after multiple sites across the York area for a leading Train Operating Company.
This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to work across a multi-site operator and making the role their own to bring success.
Situation
This is a permanent role as the business is looking to expand the team to support a huge portfolio. The client will require someone to be working closely with the Regional Operations Team, as the main point of contact for all facilities issues and queries, regularly liaising with key points of contact across the region, such as Station Managers
Key Responsibilities:
It will be the Facilities Performance Managers job to ensure:
- Contracts are managed effectively
- Analyse contractors performance
- Adjusting supply chain if required
- Improving the overall service quality across their portfolio.
Location: York, Yorkshire
Salary: up to £40,000 depending on experience.
Working Practice: 5 days onsite (multiple sites so regular travel required).
Agreed Criteria for candidates to secure interview
- Previous experience of multi-site Facilities Management experience.
- Experience of operating within a fast-paced environment, such as retail, commercial property, or estate management.
- Extensive, demonstrable stakeholder management experience.
