Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide front of house support whilst undertaking various tasks to support the day to day running of the business.
This is a busy varied role and you will be required to: -
- Provide excellent frontline customer service and foster a culture of continuous improvement in delivering services.
- Undertake health & safety duties relevant to the post.
- Process service desk requests.
- Undertake basic maintenance checks.
- Test fire alarms.
- Monitor and record water temperature.
The successful candidate will have: -
- Level 3 qualification in Facilities Management or equivalent
- Experience of delivering both hard and soft facilities services within a built environment
- Good understanding of using a Finance systems and other software applications
- Good written and verbal skills and the ability to community confidently with excellent customer service skills
- Good organisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.
The rate of pay is £12.82 per hour.
