We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to keep Belton House in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.

What it's like to work here

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator , you will work amongst a team of eight at Belton House, supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities team service, to enable the successful operation of the property. You’ll support the team to meet its objectives by ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained at all times. You’ll be assisting with the provision of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs, cleaning and caretaking duties, presentation of public areas and visitor facilities including car parks and grounds, preparation of meeting rooms and the co-ordination of back of house services such as deliveries and collections.

This quintessential English country house is a busy and vibrant place to be. Last year Belton House welcomed 450,00 visitors through its door and numbers are growing fast. What you'll be doing

As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Belton House operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
