Summary

We're looking for a Facilities Officer ( Internally you will be known as Facilities Co-ordinator) with the skills to keep the Somerset Coast and Countryside Portfolio in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.

Our portfolio covers all corners of Somerset,

From idyllic Fyne Court to the large Holnicote Estate on Exmoor, from Glastonbury Tor to Brean Down and lots of place in between,

This role can be based from our offices at Fyne Court, Brean Down or Holnicote,

What you'll be doing

As the Facilities Officer, you’ll be making sure that the Somerset Coast and Countryside Portfolio operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), alongside running weekly and monthly compliance checks around the portfolio.
