We are looking for a self-motivated and organised Facilities Administrator or Property Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting time to be joining our business as 2024 will be a busy time for Bayfields with opportunities to grow and develop within the role.
When you join Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists, you are joining an independent business. Although we are national, we are not a huge chain which means we understand the importance of local relationships and the power of choice. We aim to deliver obsessively great service to each and every one of our clients which is at the core of what we do. We have the latest diagnostic equipment, the latest technological advances in contact lenses, spectacle lenses and frames, and the latest fashions.
To be successful in this role, our Facilities Administrator will have experience working within a fast-paced environment and be confident in working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will be required to provide a high level of administrative support and be the central point of contact for all our Practice Managers across the Bayfields’ estate for their repairs and maintenance requirements as and when needs arise. You will be responsible for assisting with the integration of acquired practices to ensure that we are H&S compliant and make sure that the roll-out schemes happen in a timely manner. Obtain quotations, raise purchase orders, receive deliveries, and keep jobs on the system updated in a timely manner. You must have a professional attitude and have a valid UK driving licence as we want you to spend time building a strong rapport with our Practice teams throughout the business.
