FTE: 1 FTE (working 37 hours a week) Salary: UH5 £27,181 to £30,487 pa by annual increments on achieving designated skills and experience Annual Leave: 25 days plus standard public holidays and an additional 4 days including the closure of our office between Christmas and New Year Location: De Havilland Campus, University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield  We are seeking to appoint a Facilities Coordinator and EA toSenior Management to join our friendly team of administrators in the Hertfordshire Business School. We are offering an exciting opportunity to work within a positive and supportive environment, whilst contributing to the success of the academic staff and student experience.  Main duties and responsibilities As part of the School Administration Team, you will provide administrative support to the School Business Manager and the wider academic team within the Hertfordshire Business School. In addition, you will be required to work pro-actively to liaise with other departments in the University, such as Admissions, Procurement and Hospitality.  The role of the Facilities Coordinator and EA toSenior Management combines the supporting the Business School with all matters relating to facilities and health and safety, whilst providing executive assistance our Senior Management Team. Skills and experience required You will have proven administrative experience in a complex and dynamic organisation and good organisational skills. You will show initiative and be able to work to multiple deadlines on a wide range of different projects. Previous experience of working within Higher Education administration would be advantageous. You will need to bring a willingness to be flexible, in time and in workload, to support effective team working and to facilitate seamless customer service. This role requires good IT skills, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with data input. You will have excellent communications skills and will be able to work effectively with key individuals. Qualifications required You will hold a Minimum of A-levels or equivalent standard or proven professional work experience.   Please view the job description and person specification for a full list of the duties and essential criteria.
