A large food manufacturing company in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Facilities / Site Services Engineer to join their team in Nottingham.
As a Facilities / Site Services Engineer you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of building utilities, control systems, and additional equipment as well as ensuring that all regulations and legislation is complied with.
Ideally you will be an electrically biased engineer with experience of site services in a food / FMCG or pharmaceutical setting.
Details:
- Salary dependent on experience (cGBP38-GBP40k)
- Monday to Friday role (7.30am 4pm)
- 33 Days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
Key responsibilities of Facilities Engineer:
- Responsible for GMP / Standards in site services areas
- Attend daily engineering meetings
- Completion of PPMs within your area of responsibility
- Respond to all breakdowns on all site services equipment
- Key stakeholder in delivery of Engineering Health and Safety, and Food Safety Actions
- Responsible for contractor management and safety whilst they are onsite
Qualifications and skills required of Facilities / Site Services Engineer:
- Engineering apprenticeship trained
- Ideally 3+ years of previous facilities experience in manufacturing setting (ideally food)
- Minimum of Level 3 qualifications in Engineering
