Facilities Labourer

Facilities Labourer required for a manufacturing company in Avonmouth, BS11
£25,000 per annum
Monday – Thursday (Apply online only), Friday (Apply online only)
5 minutes’ walk from St Andrews Road train station or free parking on site
Immediate start available
25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays

About the role
Maintenance of the buildings and grounds including patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacement work as required
Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance.
General and detailed cleaning, interior and exterior spaces
Operate company delivery vehicle
Assisting stores (loading, unloading, picking, packing / shrink wrapping) and Waste Management
Completing all documentation for work performed as required
The right candidate
Full Clean UK driving license
Confident user of a variety of hand and power tools
Forklift Counterbalance or Reach Truck License
Prior experience in a similar role, such as Facilities/Building Maintenance, General Labouring, carpentry, plumbing, painting
Good verbal and written communication skills
