The Role:
* Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance.
* Provides general and detailed maintenance (either with direct or indirect supervision), including patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacement work as required.
* Dedicate some hours when required for assistance with general office work and the ordering of supplies and materials.
* Assists, or performs solo when needed, general and detailed cleaning, interior and exterior spaces.
* Completes all documentation for work performed, in a timely manner.
* Oversees and performs the duties associated with jobs, including executing set-up and break-downs are completed on schedule with spaces returned to normal state.
* Operate company delivery vehicle.
* Assists and serves as back up to other Facilities employees.
Assisting stores (loading, unloading, picking, packing / shrink wrapping) and Waste Management
Requirements:
Requirements:
* Full Clean UK driving license
* Engineering & technical knowledge (Hand and Power Tools)
* Forklift Counterbalance or Reach Truck License
* Experience in Facilities/Building Maintenance or General Labouring
