Job Title: Facilities LeadLocation: Rochester - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role. Salary: Circa £60,000 + annual bonusWhat you'll be doing:
    Management of the Facilities team and promoting personal professional development to keep abreast of all relevant advancements in Facilities Management practice and initiativesProviding proactive, responsive and cost effective services, based upon high professional standards, and adherence to industry best practice and statutory obligationsDeveloping site facilities strategy, ensuring that it is supportive of the overall business plansDeveloping long term capital budget plans for the refurbishment/maintenance of site FacilitiesDeveloping and managing Site Facilities operating and capital expenditure budget for the Rochester siteManaging of major facilities projects, developing project plans and managing project budgets to ensure major projects are delivered on time and within budgetManaging KPI's for all contractors, consultants and suppliers against which performance of delivery can be monitored, reviewed and evaluated
Your skills and experiences: Essential:
    Electrical (Power) or Mechanical Engineering QualificationPrevious experience in Facilities ManagementWorking knowledge of relevant legislation including but not limited to:
      Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulation 2015Legionella Control LCA 9006Asbestos Management L143 2012 Code of PracticeHealth and Safety (BS OHSAS 18001)Environment Standard ISO 14001
Desirable:
    Good understanding of business continuity principlesProject Management/Planning experienceMembership of the Institute for Workplace and Facilities Management or a Facilities management qualificationCombination of office facilities and production facilities management
