The Role - Facilities Maintenance Electrician

Duties will involve:

• Supporting the Facilities Maintenance activities and upkeep of the facility
• Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive work
• Supporting non-routine work such as building life cycle activities or changes to the building
• Escorting contractors as required
• Inspecting sub-contractor work and ensuring corrective actions are followed up
• Completing job sheets 

Your Background - Facilities Maintenance Electrician

To be considered for this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate:

• Electrical competence
• Previous Facilities Maintenance experience including electrical, ventilation and BMS
• Practical knowledge of health and safety including safe systems of work, COSHH, risk assessments and lone working
• Completion of a recognised electrical apprenticeship or an equivalent City & Guilds electrical qualification
