Facilities Maintenance Electrician

Facilities Maintenance Electricianis required for an FM contract based in Warrington, Cheshire.
We are looking for an Electrician or Electrical Building Maintenance Technician for an immediate start.
Duties will include: carrying out Reactive & Planned Maintenance (PPM) tasks on Electrical building services assets as part of a Facilities Maintenance Contract.
The Electrician will be required to carry out Maintenance PPM's, installation works, together with some general Building fabric maintenance tasks within a new Distribution Centre & offices complex.
Hours of Work: 07:00 - 15:30pm Mon - Fri with plenty of additional overtime available if required.
Pay Rate: 24.00/Hr - Mon - Fri.
The position is initially offered on a 2 month contract basis initially, there is a very good chance this may be extended longer and could eventually lead to a possible permanent position with the company at a later date following a successful contract period.
