Facilities Maintenance Engineer / Newbury / Up to £40k

Location / Hours:
You'll be based close to Newbury, Berkshire. This position will be 6am to 6:30pm, Friday through Sunday.
Requirements:
Level 2 in Facilities Services and/or Level 3 in facilities management
Previous experience working within a facilities or estate management positions
Electrical Apprenticeship or City & Guilds Electrical Maintenance
Be able to prioritise tasks
IOSH qualification is ideal but not essential
Understand basic technical aspects of property - Mechanical & Electrical, Air-Con, etc.
Salary / Benefits:
As a Facilities Maintenance Engineer, you can earn up to £40,000 per annum.
