Are you an experienced Facilities Manager with a passion for leading projects and driving results? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our client's team as a Temporary Facility Maintennace Manager.
Facilities Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement improvements for more efficient and effective operations.
- Lead and support facility maintenance and refurbishment projects, ensuring successful and timely completion while maintaining positive relationships with contractors.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of planned and reactive tasks.
- Coordinate and monitor the performance and contract adherence of in-house facilities service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal obligations regarding Health, Safety, and the Environment.
Facilities Maintenance Manager Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities management and project management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to challenge and collaborate effectively within a dynamic management team.
- Technical ability within construction and facilities.
