Are you a Facilities Maintenance person, or Electrician or Plumber with experience of managing a team, looking to join a well-established company in a position with further technical training and progression opportunities, in an autonomous role as the leader of a skilled team of experts?

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take on the responsibility of supervising a skilled team, whilst remaining hands on and benefitting from ongoing training. You will be responsible for supervising the routine and reactive maintenance across luxurious, technically advanced facilities including daily operation of pool plant rooms, for which full training will be provided.
This role would suit someone with experience of Facilities Maintenance, or an electrician or a plumber with supervisory experience, looking to further develop their skillset whilst helping other skilled professionals do the same, in an autonomous and unique role with excellent long-term potential.
The Role:

• Overseeing a team of expert electrical and mechanical technicians
• There will be hands-on work as well as the supervisory duties
• Standard working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. These are flexible, generally 7am-3pm, 6pm-2pm, 8am-4pm etc

The Candidate:

• Will have a trade qualification, either electrical (18th Edition) or plumbing (NVQ Level 3)
• Will have some experience of leading a team
• Will be a skilled technical problem solver
