Facilities Manager

We have an opportunity for a well organised Facilities Manager to ensure our properties and facilities are aligned with relevant Health & Safety, Environmental, Fire & Security standards. 

You will need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

This salary will be applicable from 1st April 2024.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be part of the team based at Bradley, Coleton Fishacre, Compton Castle, and Greenway. 

Greenway, once Agatha Christie’s holiday home and sitting on the Riviera Dart is part of a dynamic and exciting portfolio, welcoming both local and international visitors across the year.   

If you like to be kept busy, have a positive can-do attitude, working flexibly, including some weekends and like finding solutions, there is always something going on here.

For us, facilities aren’t a back office function, so you’ll be out and about inspecting our properties and keeping on top of our systems! As part of the property team you’ll report into the General Manager, and be accountable for the running of all aspects of facilities management across our properties, making sure we are safe and compliant. This role manages our business support services and general cleaners, and you'll also act as a Duty Manager on rota. 

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• an understanding of facilities management and maintenance requirements
• good experience of broad compliance and risk management, including knowledge of Health & Safety, CDM regulations, Emergency procedures and Fire & Security procedures.
• good people and customer service skills
• experience of managing budgets, finances, projects and contracts/contractors
• good IT skills
