Facilities Manager - Hard and Soft FM

Our facilities Management expertise keeps our sites running smoothly, while our Property Services ensure that client infrastructure and equipment is well cared for.Our PFI contract provides 128 different professional services on all aspects of Property Management for our client. In order to continue upholding the high standards and full working order of all buildings on this estate we are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager at the Fire and Rescue Training Centre in Easingwold, which is 10 miles from York. The role will have responsibility for the management of the day-to-day delivery of both hard FM and Soft FM services. You will ideally need to have a HNC/BIFM qualification or equivalent along with demonstrable management experience from a hard facilities management background.  With the confidence and credibility to lead from the front you will possess strong technical competence and good influencing skills.
