Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry? Our client, a well-established organisation based in Bromley, Kent, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. With a part-time position available, this could be the perfect role for someone looking for a work-life balance.
🔑 Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide effective print management and post room services to support the organisation.
- Manage procurement within company expense policy guidelines.
- Oversee the departmental budget, review contracts, and negotiate favourable rates.
- Ensure the building complies with health and safety requirements.
- Maintain 24-hour security and day-to-day building services.
- Manage property-related legal aspects such as leasing.
- Recruit, train, and develop the Facilities team.
- Assist as Deputy Fire Liaison Officer and First Aider.
- Project manage contracts and coordinate contractors' work.
💼 Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Facilities Management.
- Strong customer management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
- Organisational and project management skills.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Technical knowledge of building services, environmental issues, and office systems.
💼 Qualifications:
- Facilities management qualification or qualified by experience.
- Technical knowledge of health and safety, ideally certified by IOSH.
🌈 Competitive Salary: Full time equivalent salary would be £45,000
THE PART TIME SALARY WOULD BE £27,000 !!!
